These Terms of Use regulate the access and the general conditions of services use made available on the Eventweb Platform, property of Aptor Consultoria e Desenvolvimento de Software Ltda., registered with the CNPJ under nº 07.701.831/0001-30, headquartered in the City of São Carlos, State of São Paulo, Brazil. The Eventweb Platform, including the websites, applications and other media owned by it, as well as Aptor Consultoria, will be hereinafter referred to indistinctly as "Eventweb".

By using the Platform, the User, in their various possible profiles, declares to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use in force, in their entirety, as well as all other alerts and notices linked to matters dealt with herein that may be displayed on the Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must not use the Platform.

1. EVENTWEB AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED

1.1 The Eventweb Platform offers online, via the Internet, a virtual space for communication and data storage so that its Users, on their own, interact with events, in relation to registration (with financial aspects, or not), various presentations, programming and work submissions.

1.2 The Services are offered on two platforms (together referred to as the "Platform"):

1.3 The Platform allows Users to share information for participation in events, which are managed by their organizers.

1.4 Eventweb is limited to providing and making the Platform available as a communication channel, not interfering, controlling or verifying, in any way, the information and data entered on the Platform, as well as the interaction and relationships between Users that may arise due to use and/or contact through the Platform.

1.5 The Platform has integration and uses services provided by YouTube. The related terms of service can be checked here: YouTube Terms of Service (ToS), the Google Terms of Service and a Google Privacy Policy.

2. USER REGISTRATION AND PLATFORM USE

2.1 On the Platform, there are two types of Users, defined as follows:

2.2 In order to use the Platform, Users must register and maintain a user account ("Account"), providing the information indicated therein (among them, personal and contact data), and creating an access password, which must be considered confidential, personal and non-transferable, and its use or assignment to third parties is prohibited.

2.3 The User is responsible for all data entered in his registration, committing to keep the information correct, complete and updated.

2.4 The User is responsible for all activities carried out on his account, and must keep his access data (username and password) safe.

3. OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM

3.1 As a way of providing and facilitating contact between Users, the Eventweb Platform allows Users to carry out operations within the context understood in the Event services, according to the specifications described on the platform's website.

3.2 The Eventweb Platform does not interfere, participate or be responsible under any circumstances for the commercial relationship of the Users arising from the use, contact and/or contracting of services through the Platform.

3.3 The services provided by Eventweb are limited to facilitating communication between Users through its Platform, being responsible for these limits.

3.4 When the User accesses the Platform, in any of its formats, Eventweb may send one or more cookies to his computer or other device. We use cookies to improve the quality of our services, storing User preferences and trends.

3.5 The Eventweb Platform undertakes to protect information for internal use that is not available for consultation and that compromises the security and privacy of Users, except in cases of judicial request issued by a competent authority.

4. BLOCKING AND DEACTIVATION OF USER REGISTRATION

4.1 Upon verification of the violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use by a User, Eventweb may notify and alert this User of its non-compliance, reiterating the rules and conditions of use in force.

4.2 If repeated violations of these Terms and Conditions of Use are verified, Eventweb may formally notify the User and temporarily block their access to the Platform, conditioning the unlocking to the acceptance of a new term of conduct, reinforcing the conditions of use in force and practiced on the Platform.

4.3 Upon receipt of the physical copy of these new signed terms, Eventweb will unlock this User's access to the Platform.

4.4 If, nevertheless, the User commits new infractions, Eventweb may permanently deactivate the your registration, at your discretion.

5. LIABILITY OF THE EVENTWEB PLATFORM

5.1 The Eventweb Platform, as a set of technology artifacts, is responsible within the limits of the intermediation services it offers, committing to keep the Platform, as far as possible, active and in regular operation.

5.2 We will endeavor to keep the information published by us on the Platform accurate, up-to-date and complete. However, we are not responsible for imprecision, error, inaccuracy, insufficiency or divergences in the information, data, images or other related content, whether registered by us or by other Users.

5.3 To the extent permitted by law, we and third parties related to us hereby expressly exclude any liability for any facts or losses arising from the use of the Platform.

5.4 Eventweb does not have any type of relationship with Users other than the relationship maintained by providing and maintaining the virtual Platform, as a provider of technology services.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS ON THE PLATFORM

6.1 You acknowledge, from now on, that Eventweb does not interfere in any way with the content that is posted by you and other Users, not being responsible, under any circumstances, for its consequences. In this way, you will be solely responsible for the content you insert or share on the Platform, which must be lawful, truthful, and respect the rights of third parties, as well as the national legislation in force.

6.2 Messages, texts, images and the insertion of any type of indecent, prejudiced, disrespectful, discriminatory, abusive, slanderous, defamatory texts and images and/or that, in any way, violate the dignity, image, reputation, honor, morals, integrity or any other right of any person, their nationality, ethnicity, political preference or religion, as well as that violate public order and/or constitute any kind of plagiarism. Platform Users are aware that they will be legally liable for any and all damage caused by breaching these rules of conduct.

6.3 Any claims by third parties will be the responsibility of the User, who shall assume all legal and procedural responsibilities in relation to the claim. The User is aware that Eventweb will denounce any disputes and disputes in which it is involved due to acts and conduct submitted or perpetrated by Users or third parties, to the extent permitted by law, so as to no longer be part of the dispute, litigation or dispute.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1 These Terms and Conditions of Use do not create a contract or employment relationship between us and users of the Platform.

7.2 Eventweb may at any time, with a view to its improvement, amend the clauses of these Terms. The new Terms will enter into force on the date of their publication on the www.eventweb.com.br website, without the need for prior notification.

8. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

8.1 These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil.

8.2 The Eventweb Platform undertakes to cooperate with the competent authorities to ensure compliance with the legislation.

8.3 Possible disputes arising from this Term must be considered in the jurisdiction of the Judicial District of São Carlos, State of São Paulo.
