Event organizers who use the Eventweb platform may request other data at the time of participant registration, upon consent and completion of a form by the user, such as personally identifiable data: CPF, RG, date of birth, telephone, cell phone, among others. In this context, the organization of the related event will be responsible for requesting such data from the participant, as well as managing and using it.
Eventweb does not share any user data with any other system, nor does it sell it to third parties.
Eventweb has integration and uses services provided by YouTube. The related terms of service can be checked here: YouTube Terms of Service (ToS), the Google Terms of Service and a Google Privacy Policy.
The user, if he so wishes, may request the deletion of his data from the Eventweb platform definitively through the e-mail contato@aptor.com.br .
Event organizers using the Eventweb platform may expose other privacy policies, which will be shown upon registration of the participant in the related event.
The Privacy Policy may be updated at any time by Aptor Software. It is the user's responsibility to check the Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use after any update to the related policies will be considered as user consent to the new information.
